Yes, Fringe is in, and so are the cool fringe monokinis Jessica Marks brings to the runway this season with the matching fringe tube-kini dresses. The tall tan boots worn with it were as festive as Mardi Gras itself as were the ruched side tie hot pants and glitter tops. All the love in the world couldn’t make this collection any better. Just enough love to go around.
